A company choosing ID badges with photos should take the employee’s picture with a digital camera, and send it to us according to instructions on the Uploads page .

Most of the cameras take pictures at 640 x 480 pixels with low resolution of 75 - 150 dpi, this kind of pictures will give you a good quality in yours ID.

In the sample you can see what your picture will look like.  If the picture is taken too far away, the face will appear too small on the ID badge. 

Options For Taking Pictures

• If you have the employee’s picture you can send it by regular mail and we could scan it in our office. This has a cost of $5.00 per picture. 
  
  
• If you don’t have the employee’s picture and don’t have a digital camera, we could rent a camera for you. This has a cost of $30.00 minimum per week and $20.00 for the S&H of the camera.  Rental time starts the same day we ship the camera and ends once we receive it back. We will ask you for $ 300 for deposit.
