If you need to send us, a list of your personnel, picture's file name, name of employee, position etc, please use de following Excel file .

After you complete all the information, please send this Excel file to us by e-mail.

How to send us your's files

The best way to send your files is using the electronic mail. Compress all the files in one or more ZIP files and send them by electronic mail to orders@ID4business.com.

If your computer does not have installed an application to compress files, you can use an evaluation version by downloading it from http://www.winzip.com. Also in http://www.download.com you will be able to find many free applications which can help you to compress your files and send them to us.

Other alternatives

1. Record all the files in a CD and send them by mail to us.
2. You can try to use our form to upload files, clik here .
3. You can configurate your client e-mail software with our SMTP mail server (mail.ID4business.com). With our server you could send mail of any size to us. 
4. You can upload using ftp://ftp.ID4business.com server with login "customer" and password "customer".
